This Kaprosuchus is a stylized crocodilian creature created in collaboration with concept artist Neil Kaskoun. From the outset, the goal was to push the design toward something more dramatic while still staying grounded in the real-world anatomy of the animal.
The intention was to create something genuinely intimidating. We leaned into the creature’s naturally long legs to emphasize the unsettling idea of a fast-moving, land-capable crocodile. To enhance its presence and silhouette, we introduced pronounced lateral spikes and pushed the forms to feel sharper and more aggressive, supported by a jagged, exaggerated set of teeth.
Designed for an indie dinosaur game, this asset was built to be fully game-ready.
