This Dracovenator is a stylized dinosaur created in collaboration with concept artist Neil Kaskoun. From the beginning, the goal wasn’t strict realism—we wanted something with personality and a distinct visual identity.
Rather than leaning on the familiar Dilophosaurus interpretations popularized by Jurassic Park, we pushed the design in a more original direction. The creature draws inspiration from snake anatomy, particularly the expansion and movement of a King Cobra’s hood, combined with subtle bioluminescent elements to enhance its presence and give it a more striking, memorable silhouette.
Designed for an indie dinosaur game, this asset was built to be fully game-ready.
My role included contributing to early concept direction and design ideation, followed by full execution of the asset. I was responsible for high and low poly modeling, as well as texturing.
